I've gotten all the junk food out of my system. I'm ready to hit this full on again. Today I've eaten along the lines of "the plan"... tomorrow, I'll weigh in. I am going to miss frozen pizzas again for awhile.

I haven't posted here 'cuz I ate chocolate, pizza, rice, cereal, chips and a whole lotta shit I shouldn't have. I'm suffering for it ... once I burn off and back to where I was at, I'll get back on this.
